ACCENTURE | Associate Partner
The foundation for my business career was built on 15 years of experience at Accenture. Spearheading major strategic initiatives, re-engineering processes and programs, and technology implementations within complex, highly-matrixed organizations. While at Accenture, I also worked abroad spending several years in Europe and traveling extensively.
CENTER FOR APPLIED COGNITIVE STUDIES | Managing Partner
I had discovered the power of personality assessments previously, but my work at CentACS is where it took hold and my passion drove me to build and expand the organization. I directed operations, negotiated international partnership agreements, developed and implemented distribution channel agreements, and consulted with organizations to facilitate Big Five assessment interpretation, team building sessions, and leadership development. Ultimately leading the company to profitability during my first year as partner and tripling earnings.
NARRATIVE | Founder
In 2015, armed with deep, multi-faceted business experience, I founded Narrative. Leveraging my business background, technology knowledge, and Big Five expertise. Narrative focuses on the application of assessment information to impact organizational transformation by peeling back the layers of one complex human at a time. Narrative is founded on the best and most efficient research-based tools. As a foundation for Narrative, I have developed a proprietary Narrative Big Five Assessment that will compete with the current industry standard.

I’ve never met a stranger and genuinely like people. I really don’t mind having the spotlight shine, whether presenting a TedTalk, chairing a NAWBO committee or at the piano with family. My glass is always half full and I’m contagiously enthusiastic, sometimes a bit overgenerous, but always authentic and happy to get involved.
I enjoy life, reading, learning, growing but not really sleeping (who has time for that). I’m grounded by my family, seeing my children happy and healthy, and striving to reach the bar my parents set. I look toward those who have made a difference, who speak for the less fortunate and contribute.
Someday I may grace the stage again and revive my role as Laurie in Oklahoma! But, for now I’m content building Narrative, supporting fellow business women through NAWBO, and continuing to advocate for the underdog.
